Hello, My name is Victoria Culpepper. I have been listing and selling property with Century 21 Girardeau Realty since 1993. I am knowledgeable of Colleton County and the surrounding areas of the low country. I grew up in Walterboro, went to school from elementary to high school. I moved away after graduating high school in 1978 and returned to my home town in 1993. 1 started my real estate career alongside my father, Sheldon Girardeau, who has been in real estate since 1973. So, I have seen and heard of the ups and downs in the real estate business most of my life and have learned from the best to never give up because there is always a way to overcome the obstacles in helping a buyer to have their dream home or help a seller to sell their home to be able to take the next steps to find or relocate to another area to find their next dream.
